Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will there be parking at the venue? A: Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Q: Will there be security at the event? A: Yes, security will be on-site from 12 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Q: Can we leave the venue? A: Yes. Participants may come and go as they please throughout the event. Each participant will be given a wristband and must check in upon arrival.

Q: Can I bring outside food or drinks? A: Participants may bring a refillable water bottle and small amounts of snacks. Outside meals are not permitted.

Q: Will food and drink be provided? A: Water and coffee will be provided on-site, as well as snacks during the morning on September 24.

Q: What comes with the Legendary PCs? A: The Legendary PCs come with a monitor, AMD Ryzen R7 5700G processor, Radeon RX 6600 8GB RAM graphics card, 16GB RAM, 2TB Hard Drive + 500GB NVME drive, gaming keyboard and mouse and a comfortable chair

Q: Can I bring an extra monitor? A: Due to power constraints, we can’t guarantee everyone more than 2 power outlets. If you require an additional monitor or something else that needs a power outlet please let us know in the survey that gets sent out after the ticket purchase, or contact one of the guild members in the Extra Life London Discord server.

Q: What else can I bring? Bring whatever will make your LAN as comfortable as possible.

Bring a onesie if you want to get cozy (plus One O'clock Onesie Time!). Bring a sleeping bag if you know you'll need a nap.

Remember, you will need to load in and load out all of your gear, plus space and power are limited so bringing a PC with a monitor, plus a 32" TV and a laptop probably won't work!

If you have a Regular or Player 2 ticket, it would be best to bring a pillow or cushion to sit on as the chairs may become uncomfortable over time. Bring your own chair from home if that is better for you.
